This MG TF is a rare limited edition model with an extremely low mileage. The car has full service history. In outstanding condition throughout it drives extremely well. Previously declared Category D.

All cars we offer are subject to a rigorous pre-sale inspection and any niggles ironed-out pre-sale. Our aim is to present you a car that is ready to enjoy.

These special edition cars were produced in three colours; this example being finished in Enigmatic Silver.

The 1.8L N-series engine is a development of the K-series. These N-series engines are free from the cylinder head gasket failures that troubled its predecessor.

These 85th Anniversary cars were factory fitted with thicker anti-roll bars all round and uprated Bilstein shock absorbers. 4-pot AP front brake calipers make braking efficient and sure footed.

The hood and tonneau cover are in excellent condition with none of the usual wear holes or mould build-up. These late cars benefit from a glass heated rear window.

Another unique feature of this model is Aubergine leather seats with matching door casings. “85” logos are to be found on the chunky alloy gear lever knob and sill tread strips. A windstop is provided when you want the roof down and air conditioning when you want to be cooled with the roof up.

Apart from our accurate and reliable description of this car we believe you will not find a better bunch of chaps to deal with; we know our MGs inside out, we won’t flannel you with sales speak and we aim to provide you with a car that you will be bringing back in a year’s time when the next service and MOT is due, no sooner! However, if you do have a problem we will stand by our car and help you in every way possible. We like to think that 38 years in this business counts for something.

We are in the quiet Berkshire countryside but close to the M4 and Mortimer Railway Station. Our local pub, the Elm Tree is just a few minutes’ walk away and serves fantastic food and proper beers. Call us to arrange a viewing and a test-drive and come and make a day of it.

  • The K-Series engine can have an issue with its head gasket. Here at Beech Hill Garage every vehicle we change a cylinder head gasket on is fitted with one of our own "reconditioned" cylinder heads. Each unit is crack tested, pressure tested and face skimmed. By doing this we know we are fitting a good unit to your car. We use the latest evolution of gasket. This is a genuine MG Rover multi layered steel (MLS) gasket and stainless steel dowels. No other gasket will do.
