MG MGB GT - SOLD
An outstanding restored MGB GT, fully reconditioned by CCH in Hull in 2020 at a cost well in excess of the asking price, this lovely GT is finished in beautiful X-Power grey with grey leather trim piped in grey. Having covered less than 5000 miles completion, the owner is only selling due to lack of use.
When restored, everything was either new, reconditioned or refurbished, the car runs and drives beautifully and with sprightly performance from the Ivor Searle remanufactured engine, the car is guaranteed to bring a smile on every journey.
Remarkably practical, nice GT's are now very sought after and it is rare to see one that has been so comprehensively restored.

Bodywork
Built around a dry state USA imported GT shell, the car is structurally sound having needed minimal repairs prior to repainting. We have photos of before, during and after the restoration process to demonstrate the quality of the base bodyshell.
Mechanical
Everything is either new or refurbished, new brakes, steering, suspension and a quality remanufactured engine from Ivor Searle. The car has the all important overdrive and performed faultlessly on road test.
Exterior
The paint colour really suits the car and is set off nicely by the fully refurbished rostyle wheels shod with new tyres. All of the lighting equipment is new as are the bumpers and trim.
Interior
Beautifully retrimmed in quality dark grey leather with light grey piping, the interior is a strong feature of the car with an as new appearance including quality moulded carpets, a refurbished dashboard and a retro radio.
