MG MGC GT - £16,995
On offer is this beautiful 1969 MGC GT in one of the best colour combinations of Primrose yellow with black leather trim. The car is in excellent condition throughout having clearly been very well looked after over the years and appears to have been in continuous use judging by the extensive service history and MOT certificates going back to 1983.The bodywork is extremely sound with no obvious issues having bright paint and good panel fit, the seats are in fine shape and all interior fitments appear to be in good working order.
As you would expect, the car drives very well with that fantastic six cylinder engine which has oodles of torque, pulling like a train and exhibiting good oil pressure when warm. We have compression tested the engine and all is well. The tyres are all good with plenty of tread and are of a matching pattern, the wire wheels are all sound and rust free.
The sliding vinyl roof is in good working order and appears watertight making this GT highly usable and very pleasant place to be.
Values of tidy GTs are on the increase and this car surely represents excellent value for money.

Apart from our accurate and reliable description of this car we believe you will not find a better bunch of chaps to deal with; we know our MGs inside out, we won’t flannel you with sales speak and we aim to provide you with a car that you will be bringing back in a year’s time when the next service and MOT is due, no sooner! However, if you do have a problem we will stand by our car and help you in every way possible. We like to think that 38 years in this business counts for something.
We are in the quiet Berkshire countryside but close to the M4 and Mortimer Railway Station. Our local pub, the Elm Tree is just a few minutes’ walk away and serves fantastic food and proper beers. Call us to arrange a viewing and a test-drive and come and make a day of it.
The MGC filler neck is prone to change shape over time and lead to potential coolant loss. We redesigned it and now manufacture a replacement that solves the problem and looks magnificent in your engine bay!
