We are pleased to be able to offer this very low mileage MG TF in British Racing Green metallic with contrasting black cloth trim. Being the 135 model it boasts sprightly performance from its punchy 1.8 litre engine whilst the gearchange is smooth a slick.

The whole car is in excellent condition and has come to us from a doting owner who has clearly cherished it.

Unusually, the car is fitted with air conditioning which was an expensive option when new.

TF's are really easy to live with, light to drive with enough performance to put a big smile on your face.

Finished in a beautiful colour that looks amazing in sunlight, it is the most popular choice for a TF. The paintwork all appears to be the original factory finish and you would be hard pressed to find a mark or blemish anywhere.

With full service history including a recent cambelt, tensioner and water pump, the car is in fine fettle but will leave us having had a full service and stainless steel coolant rails fitted.

A most striking car in a great colour, the alloy wheels are unmarked and shod with quality tyres. There are no marks or significant issues to note, overall a very well looked after and presented motor car. The hood is in good condition and with a clear back window.

The low mileage has contributed to the excellent condition of the interior, with unworn bolsters the seats themselves remain comfortable and supportive. Everything works and the controls are light and easy to use. For those days when the sun is too hot, you've got the aircon to cool things down!

Apart from our accurate and reliable description of this car we believe you will not find a better bunch of chaps to deal with; we know our MGs inside out, we won’t flannel you with sales speak and we aim to provide you with a car that you will be bringing back in a year’s time when the next service and MOT is due, no sooner! However, if you do have a problem we will stand by our car and help you in every way possible. We like to think that 38 years in this business counts for something.

We are in the quiet Berkshire countryside but close to the M4 and Mortimer Railway Station. Our local pub, the Elm Tree is just a few minutes’ walk away and serves fantastic food and proper beers. Call us to arrange a viewing and a test-drive and come and make a day of it.

  • The K-Series engine can have an issue with its head gasket. Here at Beech Hill Garage every vehicle we change a cylinder head gasket on is fitted with one of our own "reconditioned" cylinder heads. Each unit is crack tested, pressure tested and face skimmed. By doing this we know we are fitting a good unit to your car. We use the latest evolution of gasket. This is a genuine MG Rover multi layered steel (MLS) gasket and stainless steel dowels. No other gasket will do.

  • When you own a classic car knowing where to get the best spare parts is crucial. We have a dedicated Parts Manager who will track down the best quality and hardest to find part for your car, we like to call this Automotive Archaeology, if it’s available ... we will find it.

  • Classic cars are special, and we can provide MOT testing for yours.

  • We clean and air dry the underside of your cherished classic and treat with a choice of clear or black waxoyl.

  • If you need to store your classic car for a short period or more long term, wouldn't it be reassuring to know that it was being stored by a highly skilled professional team who love their work?

  • When your car is with us we have a wide selection of courtesy cars for you to use.
