1965 MG MGB Roadster - £24,995

A stunning example finished in rare Iris blue, we have had the pleasure of previously selling the car to the current owner who has had it for 10 years and is only selling due to lack of time to use and enjoy it. Restored several years ago, we believe by respected specialists Horam Classics, the car remains in stunning condition throughout.

Despite infrequent use, the car drives beautifully, is an easy starter and drives without fuss.

With the prices of all MGBs now climbing rapidly, this car represents outstanding value and would be difficult to recreate at this price. 

Retaining its sought after aluminium bonnet, the bodywork is superb throughout with excellent panel fit and shut lines, no obvious dings, marks or scratches.

All of the mechanicals appear to have been overhauled at the time of the restoration by the way the car drives, a great deal of attention was paid to painting components and the detailing is excellent. A brake servo has been fitted to improve braking effort. 

The paint finish is to a very high standard, with a bright even gloss, all of the chrome trim is in excellent condition including the desirable early grille, the painted wire wheels are in excellent shape and shod with good tyres.

Fully retrimmed at the time of the restoration, the black leather seats piped in blue, have taken on a lovely patina and are very comfortable. The car sports replacement carpets and trim, everything is in excellent condition.
