MG TF 160 - SOLD
Previously sold by ourselves, this is an extremely rare specification for a TF, being the sought after 160 bhp VVC model and in a rare colour plus it has covered a very low mileage. Clearly cherished by each of the owners, it is in excellent condition with blemish free bodywork, unmarked alloy wheels and a fresh interior making it an excellent buy.
These TFs are great fun but practical too with good economy and a reasonably sized boot, the steering is light plus it benefits from remote central locking, ABS and an excellent heater.

Bodywork
In near new condition having been garaged for most of its life, no noticeable marks.
Mechanical
An extensive service history comes with the car, it will go through our workshop before delivery and will have a head gasket change, cambelt, waterpump and coolant rails before it leaves us. These 160 models are really quick and with the sports suspension and low profile tyres, they handle really well too.
Exterior
The paintwork is in lovely condition with a great shine, there are no noticeable marks or dings, all of the lights are in great shape, the alloy wheels are unmarked and shod with good quality tyres. The hood is in good condition and the car benefits from a glass heated rear screen.
Interior
With such a low mileage covered, the interior is in excellent condition with a fine array of instruments to keep you entertained and little to no wear on any of the interior features.

The K-Series engine can have an issue with its head gasket. Here at Beech Hill Garage every vehicle we change a cylinder head gasket on is fitted with one of our own "reconditioned" cylinder heads. Each unit is crack tested, pressure tested and face skimmed. By doing this we know we are fitting a good unit to your car. We use the latest evolution of gasket. This is a genuine MG Rover multi layered steel (MLS) gasket and stainless steel dowels. No other gasket will do.

We clean and air dry the underside of your cherished classic and treat with a choice of clear or black waxoyl.
