WE ARE OPEN DURING LOCKDOWN

Good Morning,

Following the Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a new lockdown from 5th November, I wanted to outline how we intend to maintain our services to you while working within the guidance laid out by Government. We will be fully open as normal until the 5th November 2020.

From the 5th November, our workshop will operate as normal as it has been for many months in a safe manner.

Our sales showroom and used car external display areas will not be open to the public from 5th November until further notice. However, our teams will be available by appointment to continue car sales remotely and we will be able to send you videos, talk to you via video and meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us. Customers can still collect a car which has been purchased via the telephone, from a designated outside handover bay. Full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both colleague and customer safety. Home delivery options will also be available, and all handled in a COVID-19 secure manner.

Our team remain on hand to assist with your sales, workshop and parts enquiries via telephone, email or live chat and our website is fully functional with the ability to view all our stock as well as making bookings via telephone or email as always.

Our workshop remains fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs. We are operating an appointment-only system, with full safety measures in place to include protective screens at our service desks as well as cashless payments which have been in place for several months now.

Thank you for your patience, and for working with us to ensure our business is a safe place to visit and work. We are open for business, but regarding sales please call us rather than visit.
