On offer is this delightful MGF 1.6 in excellent condition only having covered 29,000 miles from new. In probably the best colour, dark metallic green, the bodywork is virtually unmarked as is the interior, the car has clearly been cherished particularly the last previous owner who kept it for over 10 years.
With a full service including cambelt by us recently, the car drives extremely well and is light and nimble with power steering and a sweet revvy engine.
MGFs are very practical to use on a daily basis and prove extremely economical to run, we have a selection of hardtops available at extra cost if needed.
There are two keys, the owners handbook and wallet with the car.

In fine order, the seats are unmarked as are the carpets, everything is original and works well including the factory fit CD player. The tyres are Toyos all round and are as new.

The K-Series engine can have an issue with its head gasket. Here at Beech Hill Garage every vehicle we change a cylinder head gasket on is fitted with one of our own "reconditioned" cylinder heads. Each unit is crack tested, pressure tested and face skimmed. By doing this we know we are fitting a good unit to your car. We use the latest evolution of gasket. This is a genuine MG Rover multi layered steel (MLS) gasket and stainless steel dowels. No other gasket will do.
An important part of owning certain models is the adjustment of the Hydrogas suspension. We have the right tools, environment and experience to make this routine.
