MG TF 135 - SOLD
Looking resplendent in striking Trophy blue, the lovely MG TF has recently had a replacement head gasket and further mechanical work to ensure that it drives as well as a TF should. The alloy wheels have also been refurbished adding to the overall appeal of this lovely looking car.
If you've never tried a TF, they are great fun to drive and offer more space than an MX5 in a clever mid-engined package.

Bodywork
In very good condition throughout with a few marks here and there, the car presents very well and the paint colour looks amazing in the sunshine.
Mechanical
The car came to us with limited history so we have carried out a full assessment, and elected to replace the head gasket, water pump and cambelt as well as various suspension components. The car drives very well and is very nippy with good road manners and a great driving experience.
Exterior
Looking most attractive, the navy hood really suits the blue bodywork and is in good condition as is all of the trim and lighting equipment. The wheels have been refurbed and have good tyres.
Interior
Supplied new with the upgraded leather inserts to the seats, despite the mileage, the interior looks very smart and being a TF has the redesigned interior with a more modern feel.

The K-Series engine can have an issue with its head gasket. Here at Beech Hill Garage every vehicle we change a cylinder head gasket on is fitted with one of our own "reconditioned" cylinder heads. Each unit is crack tested, pressure tested and face skimmed. By doing this we know we are fitting a good unit to your car. We use the latest evolution of gasket. This is a genuine MG Rover multi layered steel (MLS) gasket and stainless steel dowels. No other gasket will do.
